Create a professional shaker card using the self-adhesive Infinity Windows with pre-applied tape. This project demonstrates how to fill the dome-shaped window with sparkles or embellishments and mount it on a card base for an elegant, expensive-looking finish.

Step by step

Trim your embossed or printed card design to fit within the four-by-six Infinity Window dimensions. ▶ watch 51:30
Peel away the clear protective film from the front of the Infinity Window to reveal the dome. ▶ watch 52:00
Place your trimmed card design inside the window, positioning it centrally. ▶ watch 52:30
Peel back one side of the self-adhesive tape and press it down firmly onto your card base. ▶ watch 53:00
Peel back the bottom edge of the tape and press down, then peel and adhere the remaining side. ▶ watch 53:15
Leave one side of the tape partially attached so you can open the window to add embellishments. ▶ watch 53:30
Tip sparkles, sequins, or other small embellishments into the open side of the window. ▶ watch 54:00
Peel away the final piece of protective tape and press it down firmly to seal the window. ▶ watch 54:30
Burnish all edges of the window firmly to ensure it is completely sealed and won't move. ▶ watch 55:00

Tips from the show

The tape is permanent once pressed down, so make sure you position the window exactly where you want it before sealing.
You can fill the window with anything—glitter, sequins, beads, buttons, or even money.
Mount the finished window on contrasting card (black or gold) to frame the design beautifully.
