Free shipping on multiple orders: If your order has not yet been dispatched then you will not be charged additional shipping on any subsequent orders. The website will indicate that your order has not been dispatched and that there are no additional shipping costs. If you place a second order and find there are shipping costs, then it means your first order has already been dispatched, and you will have been sent a dispatch email.

All other shipping charges are linked to the loyalty point scheme, which are accrued at 1 point per dollar spend on PRODUCTS.
Less than 150 loyalty points shipping is $12.95 on orders under $49, and $19.95 express service if required.
500 - 1000 points shipping is $12.95 express service on all orders under $49.
1000 points and above shipping is $8.95 express service on all orders under $49.
