Layered Thank You Card with Collage Stamp

Build a simple but elegant thank you card using the collage stamp on decorative paper, layered with a sentiment. The intricate stamp design does all the visual work, so minimal additional embellishment is needed.

Step by step

1. Cut a piece of patterned paper to size for your card front. ▶ watch 21:45
2. Stamp the clock design onto the patterned paper using black or gold ink. ▶ watch 22:00
3. Heat emboss with gold powder if desired, or leave as a simple stamped image. ▶ watch 22:15
4. Mount the stamped panel onto a card blank with adhesive. ▶ watch 22:30
5. Select a coordinating sentiment from the die set, such as 'thank you'. ▶ watch 22:45
6. Stamp or adhere the sentiment onto the card in a balanced position. ▶ watch 23:00
7. Add optional matting or layering behind the main panel for dimension. ▶ watch 23:15

Tips from the show

• The collage stamps are designed to work as one-and-done images, so you don't need to add much else.
• You can use just portions of the stamp design by only inking up specific elements if you prefer.
