Embossed Flower Card with White Detail

A delicate card featuring an embossed flower design from the paper pad, enhanced with white ink dabbed onto the raised embossing folder texture. This technique adds dimension and highlights the floral details beautifully.

Step by step

1. Select a piece of paper from the bundle and position it in your embossing folder. ▶ watch 15:30
2. Run the paper through your die-cutting machine to emboss the flower design. ▶ watch 15:45
3. Remove the embossed paper from the folder and examine the raised texture. ▶ watch 16:00
4. Dab white ink pad gently onto the raised elements of the embossed flower. ▶ watch 16:15
5. Rattle the embossing folder's raised element with the white ink to highlight the details. ▶ watch 16:30
6. Allow the ink to dry completely. ▶ watch 16:45
7. Admire the dimensional effect created by the embossing and white ink combination. ▶ watch 17:00

Tips from the show

• The white ink on embossed elements adds instant light and shade to your design.
