Gnome Topper Card with Interactive 3D Elements

Create an interactive gnome topper card by stamping and colouring a large gnome character, die cutting it with interactive elements like moveable pigtails, then mounting it on a patterned background. The card features dimensional 3D elements that can be lifted and moved.

Step by step

1. Stamp the large gnome lady character onto watercolour card. ▶ watch 36:30
2. Colour the gnome using watercolours, adding details to the face and clothing. ▶ watch 37:00
3. Die cut the gnome using the coordinating die, which cuts interactive elements like pigtails that can be lifted. ▶ watch 37:30
4. Layer the die-cut gnome onto a patterned paper background from the mystical Christmas pad. ▶ watch 38:00
5. Mount the complete topper onto a card base, positioning the gnome as the focal point. ▶ watch 38:30

Tips from the show

• The interactive die cuts allow pigtails and other elements to be lifted up for added dimension and play value.
