Black Cardstock Letterpress Heart Card

Create a striking letterpress effect by embossing a large heart design into black cardstock using white ink. The contrast between the embossed relief and the dark background creates dramatic visual impact.

You will need

High Definition 3D Embossing Folder - Frantic Floral - 080822FSEE IT

Step by step

1. Cut a piece of black cardstock to your desired card size. ▶ watch 34:30
2. Apply white ink to both sides of the high-definition 3D heart embossing folder. ▶ watch 34:45
3. Tap the ink pad onto the folder several times to ensure even coverage. ▶ watch 35:00
4. Place the black cardstock onto the inked embossing folder. ▶ watch 35:15
5. Run through a die-cutting machine to create a deep embossed impression. ▶ watch 35:30
6. Remove the cardstock and examine the dramatic white-embossed heart against the black background. ▶ watch 35:45
7. Mount onto a card base or frame as a standalone design element. ▶ watch 36:00
