A quick card featuring a decorative patterned paper panel from the Winter Story collection mounted on gold cardstock, with sparkle added to tree designs and a red sentiment stamp.

Step by step

1. Cut a panel from the decorative patterned papers in the Winter Story collection. ▶ watch 27:45
2. Mount the patterned panel onto gold cardstock as a backing layer. ▶ watch 28:00
3. Add sparkle or embellishment to the tree designs on the pattern to create a snowy effect. ▶ watch 28:15
4. Secure the panel to your card base with tape. ▶ watch 28:30
5. Stamp 'Merry Christmas' sentiment in red ink onto the card. ▶ watch 29:15
6. Cut out a poinsettia design from the paper pad and position it as an embellishment. ▶ watch 29:30

Tips from the show

• The papers in this collection are double-sided, so avoid cutting into them to preserve both designs.
