Create a masculine card using the hexagon mosaic die with white ink on black card to create a metallic, cog-like effect. Perfect for gents cards with a geometric, industrial look.

Step by step

1. Cut the hexagon mosaic design from black card stock using your die-cutting machine. ▶ watch 56:00
2. Pop out the die-cut design to release all the hexagon elements. ▶ watch 56:10
3. Ink a white ink pad and stamp or apply white ink over the hexagon mosaic to highlight the detail. ▶ watch 56:15
4. Glue the finished mosaic design onto your card base. ▶ watch 56:25

Tips from the show

• Using white, silver or gold ink on black card creates a striking metallic, cog-like appearance.
• You can also use holographic card or other specialty papers for different effects.
• The snip ability of this design means you can cut away sections to customize the look.
