Perfect Blooms Layered Stencil Card with Die-Cut Shaped Finish

A project from our live show CREATE AND CRAFT TV - Join Toni for her brand new SBM launch - broadcast 25th Feb 2024 · 02/25/2024 · watch it from 25:30

A stunning dimensional card created using six layering stencils with coordinating die-cuts. You build up colour in stages using ink pads, then add an optional sparkle paste layer, before finishing with an exterior die to create a shaped card. The result looks intricately detailed but is surprisingly simple to achieve.

  3. Remove stencil one and position stencil two, lining it up with the edge of your card, then apply orange ink through it. ▶ watch 28:45
  4. Continue with stencil three, applying pink ink to add more depth to the design. ▶ watch 29:15
  5. Apply stencil four and use green ink for the stems and foliage areas. ▶ watch 30:15
  6. Position stencil five and apply a teal colour to build up the shadow and dimension. ▶ watch 31:00
  7. Apply stencil six with a darker teal to add the final punch of colour and depth to the design. ▶ watch 32:00
  8. If desired, apply sparkle paste or embossing medium through the final stencil layer for added dimension and shimmer. ▶ watch 34:00
  9. Use the outline die to cut around the design on white card stock, creating a shaped piece. ▶ watch 36:30
  10. Cut a second identical shape from card stock to create the card base. ▶ watch 37:45
  11. Apply glue to the top of one shaped piece and adhere it to the second shaped piece, creating a lifted, dimensional card. ▶ watch 38:00
  12. Add a sentiment stamp or leave as is for a beautiful finished card. ▶ watch 39:00
