Metallic Gold Floral Stamped Card

A clean and simple card featuring a delicate floral stamp design stamped in metallic gold pigment ink on white cardstock. The gold ink creates a heat-embossed appearance without needing embossing powder, giving an elegant, shimmering finish.

Step by step

1. Select a white cardstock base and position an A6 floral stamp design on it. ▶ watch 17:45
2. Ink the stamp with the metallic gold pigment ink pad, pressing firmly to transfer colour. ▶ watch 19:00
3. Stamp the design onto the white cardstock, creating a metallic impression. ▶ watch 19:15
4. Dry the stamped image with a heat gun to set the pigment ink. ▶ watch 19:30
5. Layer the stamped design onto a black cardstock frame for contrast. ▶ watch 20:00
6. Add a wooden ornament embellishment to the centre using 3D gel adhesive. ▶ watch 20:30
7. Tuck a green element underneath the embellishment for added dimension. ▶ watch 21:00
8. Attach a white sentiment reading 'Get Well Soon Pal' to complete the card. ▶ watch 21:30

Tips from the show

• Metallic pigment inks create a heat-embossed look without needing embossing powder.
• Pigment inks dry slower than dye inks, allowing time to work with the colour.
• You can layer pigment inks on top of each other because they are opaque.
