Create a beautiful lakeside scene card featuring herons and water reflections using the Reflection Collection stamps. This elegant design uses layered stamping to build depth and perspective, with birds silhouetted against a serene waterscape complete with reeds and atmospheric details. The technique produces a professional-looking scene without the need for complex ink blending or acetate overlays.

Step by step

  1. Select a patterned paper from the Marbled Elegance collection featuring pink, gold and purple watercolour wash effects. This will form the base for your card. ▶ watch 25:30
  2. Ink up the landscape stamp with black ink and stamp it once onto the watercolour paper to create a light silhouette of the scene. ▶ watch 26:00
  3. Step 3: Re-ink the top portion of the stamp with solid black ink and stamp it again in exactly the same position over
