The Tim Holtz Layering Stencil - Rosette from Stampers Anonymous is a tag-shaped stencil designed to add texture and intricate imagery to your papercraft projects. Its slightly imperfect design makes it perfect for creating layered, dimensional effects that bring depth to your work.
