Sculpey Premo 1lb Black is a professional-grade polymer clay designed for experienced crafters and artists. Its soft, workable texture blends beautifully whilst remaining firm enough to capture fine detail, making it ideal for advanced techniques and specialised projects.
Premo is particularly prized for intricate methods like caning, mokume gane and mica shift work—the high concentration of mica particles makes it the best choice for mica shift techniques. Use it to create jewellery, home décor embellishments, mixed media elements and more. The clay stays soft and workable until you bake it in your home oven, so you can take your time perfecting your designs. Any leftover clay can be stored and reused without drying out, making it economical for ongoing projects.
