Terms And Conditions
* Membership Start Date
All Gold Memberships purchased during the launch period will commence on 1st March.
The 6-month membership period will run from 1st March to 31st August.
* Cooling-Off & Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their Gold Membership within 14 days of purchase, in line with UK distance selling regulations.
Cancellation requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
After this 14-day period, the membership becomes non-refundable.
Once the membership has commenced on 1st March, cancellations and refunds will no longer be available.
* The Gold Member gift will be dispatched during the 5th month of the membership.
Gifts are exclusive to Gold Members and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
Gift contents may vary and are subject to availability.
Shipping of the gift is included unless otherwise stated.
*Exclusive Gold Members Class
The Gold Members class will take place during the final month of the membership.
Details and access information will be provided via Gold Member exclusive email.
If a Gold Member is unable to attend live, access to a replay may be provided at our discretion.
No refunds will be offered for missed classes.
* Exclusive Gold Emails
Gold Members will receive exclusive emails that are not shared with the general mailing list.
These communications may include early access, previews, reserved opportunities, and personal updates.
* Priority Stock Reservation
Gold Members may reserve One Day Special launch items for up to 5 days.
Reservation does not guarantee availability if stock limits are reached.
Reserved items must be purchased within the stated reservation window.
* Gold Member Status Badge
A Gold badge will appear on the customer’s account for the duration of the membership.
This badge is a digital recognition of Gold status and holds no monetary value.
