Use it directly from the dropper for precise application, or apply it with a paintbrush for broader coverage. The paint is water-soluble while wet, making it easy to work with, and becomes permanent once dry. It works beautifully on paper, fabric, chipboard shapes, media board and other porous surfaces. Remember to shake well before use to mix the pigments thoroughly.
