The Create-a-Party Hat from Spellbinders' Celebrations Collection is a die set designed to help you craft festive party hats for cards, scrapbook layouts and handmade greetings. Part of Richard Garay's thoughtfully coordinated collection, it brings celebration-themed crafting within easy reach, whether you're marking birthdays, anniversaries or special occasions.

Use the hat die on its own for a clean look, or nest it together with the inset die to add wonderful texture and dimension. You can embellish your hat however you like, and layer it with the Fringe Garland die (sold separately) for extra fun and festive appeal. These dies work beautifully on cardstock and coordinate perfectly with other pieces in the Celebrations Collection.
