Blob Paint 90 ml Neon Green from VIVA DECOR is a ready-to-use paint designed for creating bold 3D blob effects on your crafts. The highly opaque, flexible formula is perfect when you want to add dimensional texture and vibrant colour to cards, tags, scrapbook layouts and mixed-media projects.
Use this water-based paint to build up layers of colour dots, allowing each coat to dry for 24 hours before adding the next. For best results, shake the bottle well before use, then hold the tip vertically above your surface and squeeze gently to create blobs of your chosen size.
