Do I pay postage or duties?

No. Gift vouchers are sent by email, so there is no postage and no duties or tax on top of the price.

Can I use a discount code or another voucher to buy one?

No. Gift vouchers are paid for in full. Discount codes, other vouchers and loyalty points can't be used to buy them.

Do I earn loyalty points?

Not when you buy the voucher. Points are earned when the voucher is spent on products.

How does my friend spend it?

They type the code in the voucher box in the basket on our USA website. Once it has been used it can't be used again and it leaves the account. If the order costs less than the voucher, what is left stays in their account as a new code.

How long does a voucher last?

12 months from the day it is bought. The date is shown next to each voucher in your account.

Can I choose when my friend gets it?

Yes. Send it now, on Christmas morning, or on a date you pick. You can change your mind until it has been sent.

Does it count towards free delivery?

The voucher price doesn't count towards free delivery. Products you buy with the voucher do.
