A project from our live show CREATE AND CRAFT LIVE - Join Helen Kirkham - broadcast 14th April · 04/14/2022
An elegant card featuring a large floral wreath stamp coloured with watercolour and crystal pens, with a coordinating continuous-pattern border stamp that can be extended by lining up registration marks. The design includes layered die-cut elements and subtle sparkle for a sophisticated, feminine look.
Prepare your card and position the large wreath stamp using the Eureka stamping tool for perfect alignment.
Apply pink and purple dye inks to the stamp, focusing on the flower and leaf areas.
Stamp the wreath onto your card using light, even pressure with your fingertips.
Re-ink and stamp again to ensure all details are captured, particularly the leaf areas.
Use a crystal pen to fill in selected flower petals and stamens, adding delicate sparkle.
Prepare the continuous border stamp by inking it with pink and purple.
Stamp the border stamp onto a separate card, aligning the registration dots to create a continuous pattern.
Stamp the border again, lining up the centre dots to extend the pattern seamlessly.
Die-cut the border design using the matching die to create clean edges.
Layer the die-cut border onto coordinating background card using foam pads.
Add sparkle or glitter to the centre of the wreath for a finishing touch.
