Transform leftover paper offcuts into decorative tags and toppers to fill your album pockets. These small embellishments add visual interest and interactivity without requiring additional materials.
Gather your offcut pieces from trimming and pocket construction.
Cut offcuts into tag-sized rectangles, varying the lengths and widths for visual interest.
Fold each tag in half lengthwise to create a crease down the middle.
Punch a hole near the top of each tag if you have a hole punch available.
Thread ribbon through the holes if desired, or leave plain for a minimalist look.
Distress the edges of tags with ink if you have distress inks available.
Fussy cut embellishments from patterned paper if your paper pad includes decorative elements.
Glue tags and embellishments into the pockets of your album, positioning them so they peek out slightly for added dimension.
Share your make with the Stamps By Me community - and keep this guide for next time.
