Pop-Up Gift Card Wallet

Create a beautiful pop-up gift card holder using a single die cut and coordinating cardstock. This elegant wallet presents gift cards in a special way with optional belly bands and decorative embellishments for any occasion.

Step by step

1. Tear a piece of cardstock from the Pretty in Pinks paper collection. ▶ watch 2:30
2. Place the pop-up gift card die on top of your chosen complementary paper. ▶ watch 2:45
3. Run the die through your cutting machine once to cut out the pop-up piece. ▶ watch 2:45
4. Score along the pre-marked score lines on the die-cut piece without needing a ruler. ▶ watch 3:00
5. Fold the piece along the scored lines to create the pop-up structure. ▶ watch 3:15
6. Cut belly bands from coordinating cardstock using the belly band die. ▶ watch 3:30
7. Wrap a belly band around the folded gift card holder. ▶ watch 3:30
8. Add decorative elements, words or embellishments to personalise your gift card wallet. ▶ watch 3:45

Tips from the show

• You can use papers from your existing stash as well as the coordinating collection papers.
• The design works double-sided, so you can add 'to and from' on the inside or outside as you prefer.
• This is perfect for last-minute crafting when you need to present a gift card in a special way.
