Poinsettia Embossing Folder Card with Red Base and Snowflake Word Topper

Assemble a finished Christmas card by mounting a painted or embossed poinsettia panel onto a red card base and topping it with a snowflake word die. The snowflake words feature interchangeable decorative snowflakes for different messages.

Step by step

1. Cut a piece of red card to size for your card base. ▶ watch 48:45
2. Glue your finished painted or embossed poinsettia panel onto the red card base. ▶ watch 49:00
3. Prepare your snowflake word die, which comes as a full word with an interchangeable decorative snowflake in the centre. ▶ watch 49:30
4. Position the word die on top of your card, ensuring it is as straight as possible. ▶ watch 50:00
5. Glue the word die onto the card. ▶ watch 50:15
6. Add sparkle or embossing powder to the card as desired to finish. ▶ watch 50:30

Tips from the show

• Make sure your word die is positioned as straight as possible before gluing for a professional finish.
• The snowflake words come with different decorative snowflakes that can be swapped out for different messages.
