About TEXTURE PLATES

Spellbinders Texture Plates are perfect for card makers, stampers and scrapbookers who want to add dimensional detail and visual interest to their projects. Whether you're creating elegant cards, layered scrapbook pages or mixed media pieces, these plates help you achieve professional-looking textures with ease.

This collection includes five texture plates, each with its own distinctive pattern. You'll find geometric designs like Diamond Opulence, Deco Chevron, Deco Squared and Deco Steptastic, alongside Arched Arrows for those looking for curved, directional elements. Texture plates work beautifully for embossing cardstock, creating backgrounds, adding depth to card fronts, or enhancing scrapbook layouts with subtle dimension.

When choosing a texture plate, consider the overall style of your project—geometric patterns work well for modern designs, while arched motifs suit more flowing compositions. Remember that texture plates work best with medium-weight cardstock; too thin and the detail won't show clearly, too thick and you may struggle to achieve a crisp impression. Experiment with different embossing tools and techniques to get the results you love.
