About MELT ART

Melt Art is a specialist category from Ranger, designed for crafters who want to add dimensional, glossy effects to their cardmaking and mixed media projects. Whether you're new to heat-reactive techniques or already familiar with melting mediums, you'll find products here to help you create stunning finishes.

Melt Art products are heat-activated materials that transform when warmed, creating beautiful dimensional effects on your designs. Crafters typically use these to add shine, texture and depth to stamped images, card backgrounds and scrapbooking layouts. They're perfect for creating eye-catching focal points that really stand out from the page.

When working with melt products, always use a heat tool at an appropriate distance to avoid scorching your cardstock or design. Start with a gentle heat and watch carefully as the medium melts—you'll quickly get a feel for the perfect temperature and timing. Test on scrap cardstock first if you're trying a new technique, so you can confidently create beautiful results on your finished pieces.
