About SURFACES

The Ranger Surfaces category is perfect for card makers, stampers and scrapbookers who want quality foundations for their creative projects. Whether you're building a card design from scratch or adding layers to a scrapbook layout, you'll find what you need here.

This collection includes pre-cut paper backgrounds and kraft paper packs that give you ready-to-use bases for your work. Paper backgrounds come in convenient sizes, ideal for card fronts or focal points, whilst kraft paper packs offer versatile, natural-toned sheets perfect for layering, matting, or creating textured backgrounds. Many crafters use these surfaces as starting points for stamping, colouring, mixed media techniques or as sturdy foundations for embellishments.

When choosing surfaces, think about your project's style and colour scheme. Kraft papers work beautifully with earthy or vintage designs, whilst pre-cut backgrounds can save time when you want a polished look quickly. Consider the weight and texture of your paper too—heavier surfaces hold up better to wet media like inks and paints, whilst smoother finishes are ideal for precise stamping.
