1. What is the Loyalty Lock-In?
The Loyalty Lock-In is an optional annual upgrade that allows you to keep all your loyalty points and protect your current discount tier (10%, 15% or 20%) for the entire year, instead of having your points reset in January. It’s our way of giving back to our most loyal customers.
2. Who is the Lock-In for?
Anyone who has collected loyalty points — especially customers close to or already at 20% off.
3. Do my points usually reset in January?
Yes all points reset every January.
By buying the Lock-In, you override the reset and keep your progress.
4. If I’m already on 20%, do I still benefit?
Absolutely! You can freeze your 20% discount for the entire year, even if your point total would normally drop.
This guarantees your maximum savings all year long.
5. What if I’m not at 20% yet?
You can keep building your points without starting over.
This gives you a much better chance of reaching the 20% tier and enjoying the highest reward level in 2025.
6. If I join the Lock-In, will I still earn points on future purchases?
Yes! You earn points exactly as normal — the Lock-In simply protects what you’ve already earned and unlocks the ability to build further.
7. Are there any other welcome perks?

8. What happens if I choose not to buy the Lock-In?
Points gained up until the end of the year will reset to zero in the same way they do every year.
9. Is the Loyalty Lock-In refundable?
Because it grants immediate access to benefits, point protection and perks, the purchase is non-refundable.
10. How long does the Lock-In last?
The Lock-In lasts 12 months from the date of this years reset date.
