Time To Shine - 01/10/2023

Wipe over the white card, cut to 8 1/4 x 5", with the anti-static bag and place in landscape view.

Ink up the fabulous Victoria with the WOW embossing ink and stamp to the left side of the card.

Cover with the WOW gold embossing powder, then having got your heat tool hot first, heat set the powder.  

Randomly add red watercolour paint around your embossed image and dry.

Repeat with turquoise/blue paint, to create your background. You can add a few splats to your background, as required. 

Ink up the beautiful dragonfly from Imala Be Brave, with the Izink Ocean and randomly stamp on to your inky background.

TIP: Stamp both first and second generation and you can also spritz the inked stamp with water, to achieve different effects. 

Paint your embossed image with your watercolour paints.

Draw a decorative, wiggly line along the top and bottom edges of your artwork, with a black pen.

Allow the paints to dry naturally, for a more vibrant look or speed it up with a heat tool, if you're impatient like me!!  

Adhere to the black card, cut to 8 1/4 x 5 1/2", ensuring it sits flush with the left and right edges and an equal distance of black card is visible top and bottom. 

Repeat the previous step, when adhering it to your red card blank. 

Ink up the sentiment stamp with Onyx Black Versafine and stamp on to the white card, cut to 3 1/2 x 2 1/2".

Cut around your sentiment, as shown here, then use your black pen to draw a decorative frame around each. 

Pop foam pads on the back of your sentiments and adhere to your card, to finish.
