Make an elegant fashion card featuring a lady in a dazzling embossed gown. Using stamped outlines and layers of rose gold and purple embossing powder, you'll create a spectacular sparkly dress with wonderful dimension and shimmer. This striking design is perfect for weddings, proms or any special celebration.

Paso a paso

1. 

   Start with a piece of white cardstock as your base. This will form the foundation for your card.

   Using black ink, stamp the outline portion of the Small Town Girl dress design onto your white card panel to establish the placement. Position the stamp where you want the dress to appear on your card.

   Stamp the lady figure in the centre of your white cardstock using the black ink pad. Ensure you capture all the beautiful detail including the flowers down the centre of the dress.

   Use a sticky ink pad to ink up the solid portion of the dress stamp, which is the gown part of the design from the Small Town Girl stamp set.

   Carefully align and stamp the solid gown design over the lady's body on your card, matching it to the outline you've already stamped. Take your time to ensure proper placement.

6. 

   Sprinkle your chosen WOW embossing powder over the wet sticky ink on the dress area, covering it completely. Tap off the excess powder onto a piece of scrap paper.

7. 

   Tap off any excess embossing powder back into the container. The powder can be reused, so ensure you collect it all.

8. 

   Heat set the embossing powder on the dress area using a heat gun, moving it continuously over the surface. As the powder heats, it will melt and become sparkly. Keep the heat gun moving to avoid overheating any one area.

Consejos del programa

• There is room for slight error when aligning the dress to the body—it looks more realistic if not perfectly aligned.
• The embossing powders last a long time, so you will get many uses from one container.
• The hotter you get the powder with the heat gun, the sparklier the final result becomes.
