DecoArt's Americana Decor Matte Metallics range is perfect for card makers, stampers and scrapbookers who want to add sophisticated metallic finishes to their projects without shine. These paints offer the richness of metallics with a subtle, understated matte appearance that works beautifully alongside traditional cardstock, patterned papers and stamped designs.
This collection includes four versatile matte metallic colours: Warm Copper, Charcoal, Pewter and Soft Silver. You can use these paints to add elegant metallic accents to cardmaking projects, embellish scrapbook layouts, create custom backgrounds, or enhance stamped images with a touch of refined shimmer. The matte finish means they won't compete with other design elements or create unwanted glare on your finished pieces.
When choosing your shade, think about the overall colour palette of your project. Warm Copper works beautifully with autumn tones and warm neutrals, whilst Pewter and Soft Silver complement cool colour schemes and vintage designs. Always test your chosen colour on a spare piece of cardstock first to see how the matte finish interacts with your other materials.
