About MISCELLANEOUS

The Miscellaneous category from Fancy Pants Designs is perfect for card makers, stampers and scrapbookers looking for those special finishing touches that don't fit neatly elsewhere. Whether you're after unique embellishments or unexpected materials to add character to your projects, you'll find thoughtful pieces here.

This collection includes items like cork elements—materials that bring warmth and texture to your designs. Cork works beautifully as a layering element on cards and layouts, adding dimension and a natural, tactile quality that complements both modern and vintage aesthetics.

When choosing miscellaneous embellishments, think about how they'll work with your existing colour palette and the overall feel you're creating. These special pieces often work best used sparingly as focal points rather than scattered throughout your design. Consider the weight and texture of any item alongside your cardstock or paper—sometimes the most striking effects come from contrasting a delicate background with one bold, textured element.
